Goat Yoga Workshop

May 15, 2021

9:30am - 11:00pm

Goat Yoga!? Tell me more….
Goat yoga blends the movements and stretching of yoga with the playful antics of live kid goats, born and raised here at Upland Hills Farm. Classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor from Repose llc. Take in the beautiful scenery, meet some lovely people, and enjoy snuggling these adorable goat babies. Each class is a new experience, as the goats tend to be the stars of the show. Goats are considered to be one of the best emotional support animals, and we promise you will leave this class feeling a little more light-hearted, calm, and joyful. Participants are recommended to be 15 years of age or older, and weigh at least 90 lbs. A mat is all you need for this class, you may not want to wear your nicest clothes for this one, but do bring that phone or camera for your photo op!
